Meet the students trying to battle the vaping 'epidemic'

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control calls it an epidemic: the growing and now unprecedented number of teens using e-cigarettes. It's become a big problem in schools across Canada as well, and now some students are taking matters into their own hands.
