The Minnesota Legislature is considering a ban on the practice of "conversion" therapy tochange the sexual orientation or gender identity of children and vulnerable adults. Senate GOP Majority Leader Paul Gazelka opposes the ban. His adult child, who identifies as bi-gender, supports it.
