BJP state unit president Jitu Vaghani Wednesday told the Gujarat High Court that he did not know or could not recall the chain of events leading up to Congress leader Ahmed Patel's victory in the August 2017 Rajya Sabha election from the state. Vaghani, also an MLA, made the submission when he was cross-examined by Ahmed Patel's lawyer P S Champaneri in the court. Game Wardens in Creek County, Oklahoma, are investigating a case of illegal dumping after 60 dead geese were found in the state’s Keystone Wildlife Management Area. The geese, a mixture of Canadian and snow geese, were found by a group of fishermen on the Cimarron River on Monday, March 11.
