A visually impaired man can be seen on surveillance video inching closer and closer to the tracks at a Washington D.C.-area Metrorail station before falling onto the tracks. The scary situation unfolded around 8 a.m. Tuesday at the Medical Center Metro Station in Bethesda, Maryland, WJLA-TV reported.
