Mumbai rains: Jamai Raja actor Ravi Dubey and wife Sargun unable to land in the city; get stranded at the Colombo airport

While Mumbai came to a standstill with the rains hitting hard, city people have been badly affected. BMC declared it a holiday in many schools, colleges and offices, in such adverse conditions.
