GEMMA Collins showed off her weight loss as she attempted the bottle cap challenge in a hilarious video.
The Towie star, who has dropped an astonishing 3 stone since Dancing on Ice, showed off her skills as she tried the latest viral craze on Instagram.
Gemma struggled to stay on her feet as she took part in the bottle cap challenge.
The 38-year-old almost fell off her yacht on her luxury holiday as she attempted to kick the bottle top off using her feet.
She showed off her slimmer frame in a red halterneck swimsuit and wore a stylish sun visor.
Just a day earlier she shook her slimmer frame in a pink swimsuit as she continued to show off her weight loss.
The GC shared a boomerang of her wiggling her hips and blowing a kiss while stood at the back of a yacht.
She captioned it: “Happy weekend GC STYLE #yachtlife.”
Gemma, 38, also shared videos on her Instagram Stories of the private boat trip, showing off the plush interiors before heading up to the top deck to enjoy the sunshine.
As the boat headed out into the sea, Gemma and her loved ones were greeted by a pod of dolphins who swam close to the vessel.

Earlier this week, Gemma revealed she’s been using an appetite suppressant to aid her recent weight loss.
The Sun Online previously reported that she had been having £250 weight loss injections to help her shed the pounds.
And now the Towie star revealed that she has also been using weight loss shot drink, Boombod, along with her vigorous gym workouts doing the battle ropes and boxing.
She penned alongside a clip of her discussing the appetite suppressant: “Real talk with GC @boombod is amazing!
She added: “I’m going to be shaking those curves on the beach. I’m going to have a butt like Beyoncé and this is helping me get there.”
The 10-calorie Boombod sachets claim to “contain a quality source of the natural fibre glucomannan that reduces appetite, helps cleanse & decreases bloating.”
