WTO members agreed at a meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) on 28 October to a request from the United States for a dispute panel to rule on India’s decision to impose additional duties on certain US products. They also agreed to Tunisia’s request for a panel to rule on Morocco’s anti-dumping duties on imported school exercise books from Tunisia.
