[Competitive Cheer] Concordia Repeats as Competitive Cheer Champion
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Concordia took home the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Competitive Cheer title for the second consecutive year by just 0.33 points, edging Lourdes for the crown. The event took place inside the Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center. Lourdes scored the highest in the prelims with an 84.3 after .75 deductions were take while Concordia scored an 84 iwith 1.25 in deductions. The championship came down to the final round that counts for 75% of the final score. CUAA exploded for 88.3 to Lourdes' 87.3 for the difference. Siena Heights finished third and host Aquinas was fourth. Spring Arbor and Rochester rounded out the six teams.
