Yob interrupts Sky News report on Cressida Dick to bellow ‘f*** the feds’ – before apologising as his mum told him off
A YOB interrupted a Sky News report on Cressida Dick to bellow “f*** the feds” – before apologising because his mum told him off.
The man screamed and raised both his middle fingers half-way through Political Correspondent Kate McCann’s live broadcast.
But, moments after the broadcast finished, the yob apologised to the presenter and even shook her hand.
His mum had earlier “called to tell him off” after spotting her son on the TV, Kate explained on Twitter.
The segment starts with presenter Gillian Joseph asking Kate a question from the studio.
A young man’s voice can be heard in the background as Kate replies: “Dame Cressida Dick has said that she will stay on for the next couple of weeks…”
But before she could finish her sentence, the man charges in front of the camera, raising his middle fingers and shouting “f*** the feds”.
Kate desperately tries to keep her broadcast going – but, as the man’s expletive-laden rant continues – she has no choice but to stop.

Her live broadcast is paused, and Sky News cuts back to the studio.
Kate quickly took to Twitter to apologise for the language heard in her broadcast.
She wrote: “So sorry if you heard some fairly choice language on air just now.
“A group of (mostly really lovely) young guys on bikes were watching us set up for the live but sadly one guy decided to ruin our hit.
“His mates looked as annoyed as we felt. It’s been a bit of a night.”
She then added: “And right on cue the guy who shouted on air just cycled back to apologise for his behaviour and shake my hand.

“Still sorry it happened but at least we all learnt something. His Mum called to tell him off too.”
Sky News was reporting on Met Police boss Dame Cressida Dick – who last night stepped down from her role as commissioner.
It comes after the nation’s cop was warned she had just days to fix her force by London Mayor Sadiq Khan.
Ms Dick has faced an avalanche of criticism over her handling of the Sarah Everard case, horrific WhatsApp messages sent by officers in her force, and the vile officers who took photos of murdered sisters Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman.
She was also hauled over the coals for her handling of the Euro football final in July after disturbing scenes of violence outside Wembley Stadium were projected around the globe.
The veteran cop has been blasted over the ever-growing number of teenagers losing their lives to violence in the capital – with a total of 30 boys and young men killed in 2021 alone.
And just last week, Des O’Connor’s daughter launched legal action against the Met after a cop called her “hot” when she asked for help.
