The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, March 3, 2022.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #273, H.R.3076, Postal Service Reform Act. Cloture was filed on H.R.3076 during Wednesday’s session. As a result, there is a filing deadline for 1^st degree amendments at 1:00pm; the filing deadline for 2^nd degree amendments is one hour prior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked.

At 11:00am, the Senate will consider S.J.Res.38, a joint resolution relating to a national emergency declared by the President on March 13, 2020, with the time until 3:00pm equally divided between the leaders or their designees, and upon the use or yielding back of that time the Senate vote on the joint resolution.
