Congress demands answers from MTA about subway camera malfunctions during Brooklyn mass shooting

Reps. Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), chair of the Homeland Security committee, organized a bipartisan letter to Metropolitan Transportation Authority chair Janno Lieber asking the agency has done with the $50 million in federal security money over the past two years alone.
