My toyboy lover has such a high sex drive I romped with my neck brace on after car crash, says Aisleyne Horgan Wallace

BIG Brother legend Aisleyne Horgan Wallace has admitted having sex wearing a neck brace to satisfy her toy boy lover following her terrifying car crash. 

Despite her injuries from a high-speed Go Kart accident, the loved up star, 43, couldn’t keep her hands off her boyfriend, 35.

Cheeky Aisleyne told The Sun: “I’ve got a toyboy and he’s got a high sex drive so I’ve got to keep up with him.

“He’s such a horny b***** we had to do it at least once after my accident. 

“I had loads and loads of painkillers and we had to find a position where we could do it.”

Aisleyne has been keeping her romance secret for the past year after reconnecting with an old flame. 

“I’m keeping him secret for now,” teased Aisleyne. “He’s a normal guy with a normal job.

“I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.” 

She says her horror crash made her realise how much she’s fallen for the 35-year-old project manager who rushed to be by her side in hospital. 

“He has been an absolute delight, a real dream,” she says. 

“He was really upset about what happened and came to the hospital to see me.

“It was actually a testament to how much I do really like him. I wanted him to be there with me.

“He was so upset to see my head strapped down and then in a neck brace.

“I’m pretty hard-nosed, independent and just focusing on business so it was a bit of a shock letting go of my independence, but I actually enjoy getting looked after.”

Our exclusive pictures last week showed bruised and battered Aisleyne being stretchered into the back of an ambulance wearing a neck brace.

Witnesses said they feared the reality TV star would be left paralysed after she was left unable to move.

Paramedics rushed Aisleyne to A&E where she was taken to a resuscitation room before getting a full body CT scan to check for injuries.

A source told The Sun: “Aisleyne crashed into a wall, flew out the kart and landed on her head.”
