It is unlikely, however, to allow changes in the Anantnag-Rajouri constituency, as demanded by several Kashmir-based political parties. There is also unlikely to be any change in the decision to reserve seats for Scheduled Tribes, for the first time in J&K. Six assembly seats in Jammu division and three in Kashmir division will be reserved for STs. Seven seats will be reserved for SCs in Jammu division.
