Future unclear for Nunavut man who broke his spine while trying to get around in a wheelchair

Seven months ago, Richard Subgut fell from his wheelchair in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, and broke his spine. He’s been in a hospital bed ever since. "I hope and pray that he'll be able to move again," says his sister.
