Emmerdale spoilers: Manpreet Sharma takes shock action against Nicola King
MANPREET Sharma hasn’t been the biggest fan of her partner’s daughter, Naomi Walters.
But as the latter faces justice, the Emmerdale GP decides to take action in her favour and approaches Nicola King.
While vicar Charles Anderson was ready to accept his daughter into his life with open arms, Manpreet (played by Rebecca Sarker) was more reluctant to do so.
She briefly feuded with Naomi (Karene Peter), even accusing her of assaulting Charles and comparing her to serial killer Meena Jutla.
But once it was revealed that Charles had actually accidentally hurt himself, Manpreet decided to make an effort with Naomi.
Next week, she even takes a stand for her but goes to drastic and unlawful lengths to stop Naomi from going to prison.

This wouldn’t be the first time Manpreet interferes with legal business.
When Liam Cavanagh pushed Meena Jutla off of the same bridge his own daughter was thrown from, falling to her death, Manpreet was willing to lie to the police.
She claimed her colleague had been defending himself from the criminal when he, in fact, attacked her in a fit of rage for Leanna’s murder.
