Penang PH-BN seat allocation 95 per cent complete

GEORGE TOWN: Discussion on seat allocation between Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) for the upcoming state election has reached 95 per cent, said Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.
