Global tax deal at risk of collapsing without US support

Nearly 140 countries are supposed to start implementing from next year a 2021 deal rewriting outdated rules of international taxation to deter multinational companies like Alphabet’s Goo-gle or Amazon from booking profits in low-tax countries.
