Council demands 'wonderful' Christmas lights removed as residents spend hours decorating

EXCLUSIVE: Residents in the Wirral, Merseyside, are hoping to come to a solution with their local council to encourage festive cheer in the community in the lead-up to Christmas, after they were told to remove Christmas lights.
