U.S. inflation, measured by the personal consumption expenditures (PCE) price index, declined by 0.1% in November, following October's unchanged reading, according to the Commerce Department's Bureau of Economic Analysis. The 12-month PCE price index increased by 2.6%, down from October's 2.9%.
