Prosecutors in Manhattan say former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg has surrendered for arraignment on new criminal charges. The district attorney didn’t immediately disclose the nature of the charge in Monday's announcement. But people familiar with the investigation had previously told The Associated Press and other news organizations that prosecutors were considering charging the 76-year-old Weisselberg with lying under oath during his testimony at Trump’s civil business fraud trial in October. Weisselberg’s lawyer didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
