State regulators identify wildfire neighborhoods targeted for insurance relief
Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara announced new regulations Wednesday to prod insurers to offer coverage to homeowners in neighborhoods with high wildfire risks as part of his proposed reforms of the state insurance industry.
