Defence Minister Rajnath Singh announced at a rally in Banihal, Jammu and Kashmir, that India is open to dialogue with Pakistan if it halts its support for terrorism in the region. He also urged residents of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) to join India, emphasizing that India views them as part of its own nation, unlike Pakistan, which treats them as foreigners.
