A Bengaluru apartment hunt has sparked a debate after a Reddit user described a 2BHK near their office priced at around Rs 70,000 a month, with a Rs 3-4 lakh deposit and a proposed 7-8% annual rent hike. The tenant said the flat had tiny bedrooms and limited furnishings, offered Rs 65,000 instead and walked away after the owner refused.
