Hilary Farr is addressing the viral reports about health.
Recently, a fake article with the title “She Might Not Make It” started circulating on social media that the 74-year-old HGTV star’s health is rapidly declining. The post included a photo of Hilary laying in a hospital bed and wearing an oxygen.
The accompanying caption wrote, “The physician caring for Hillary Farr’s cancer has provided a devastating update on her health: ‘She might never be seen on TV in the future.’”
In a new Instagram video posted on Wednesday (November 26), Hilary reacted to the reports about her health.

“Look at this thing, really?” she continued. “It’s so badly done. It’s crazy AI stuff.”
The former Love It or List It co-host went on to further slam the fake article for spreading lies.
“I hope none of you would really take any of this seriously and realize it is just fake beyond words,” Hilary said. “Well, I’m here to prove that. So just checking in — all’s good with me.”
Back in September, Hilary shared a health update, saying she is a “breast cancer survivor.”
She was first diagnosed in 2014 and underwent three lumpectomies and radiation. She’s now in remission.
In 2023, Hilary exited Love It or List It after 19 seasons.
