There are four different modes: the blue mode, which mimics a microneedling treatment; the orange mode, which helps active ingredients (hyaluronic acid, peptides, niacinamide, ceramides, etc.) penetrate deeper into the skin; the green mode, which uses microcurrent technology to sculpt and stimulate the facial muscles; and the red mode, which uses mid-frequency EMS (electro-muscle stimulation) that’s said to be optimized for facial muscles to stimulate any sagging skin.
I find the orange and green modes to be most effective, although, if I have time I still like to cycle through all four modes. I’ve tried countless skin-care products and devices that claim to give you glass skin, but the orange mode on the Booster Pro is one of the few that actually delivers. I couldn’t believe how glowy my skin looked after the first time I used it, and it continues to amaze me now almost a year later.
The green mode also keeps me coming back to this device because the results are pretty instantaneous. In my experience, if you really want to see a noticeable difference with a sculpting device, you have to use it consistently for at least a few weeks. I love the NuFace but unless my face is extremely puffy, I rarely see instant results. That’s not the case with the Booster Pro; it makes the jawline and cheekbones look more defined and sculpted immediately. And who doesn’t want that?
