I’m A Celeb fans in hysterics as cheeky hosts Ant and Dec ‘swear’ on live TV
I’M A Celebrity fans were left in hysterics this evening as host Ant and Dec kicked off the show with a series of cheeky, expletive filled gags.
The duo, who were delighted to be presenting the show in Australia for the first time in three years, jokingly called the campmates a rude word – before revealing what they actually meant.
After revealing that VIP actually means Very Isolated Person this year, Ant described the celebs as ‘tossas’ .
Dec quickly replied: “Woah you can’t say that, not on air anyway”.
Ant told him what he meant, saying: “Three obviously scared seriously excited random stars.”
Dec then asked him if that is he why he called him a ‘k***’, asking what it stood for.

Before Ant could reply, Dec asked: “No ordinary broadcaster?”
Those watching it at home found it very funny and took to Twitter to comment on it.
One person wrote: “Omg only ant & dec could get away with saying k**b on live telly #ImACeleb.”
A second said: “Ant & Dec on form already, such a k**b #ImACeleb.”
While a third commented: “Ant said “t****r” on LIVE TV on #ImACeleb. He literally crack me up right there and then Declan said “k**b”. This years show contains strong language.”

Earlier in the episode, the pair confirmed there will be two extra arrivals to the I’m A Celebrity camp and poked fun at Tory MP Matt Hancock, expected to be one of them.
Ant said: “We have not one but two late arrivals on the way. And fortunately we have managed to keep their identities a complete secret. No-one has got a clue who they are.”
Stressing the word “mat”, Dec added: “You are going to be surprised, guys. We are going to be rolling out the welcome mat for them soon.”
