[Women's Basketball] Johnson Scores 31 in Point Debut; Skyhawks Beat Columbia, 76-66
COLUMBIA, S.C. – 5-10 junior forward Te' Johnson (Huntsville, AL) made a stellar debut for Point University (10-5; 9-4 AAC) with 31 points and nine rebounds and 6-1 junior center Taylor Tucker (Covington, GA) registered her sixth double-double of the season with 15 points and 10 rebounds, leading the third-place Skyhawks to a 76-66 Appalachian Athletic Conference women's basketball victory at Columbia College (4-7; 4-7 AAC) in South Carolina, Thur., Jan. 10. Point plays next at sixth-place Bluefield College (8-9; 7-6 AAC) in Dome Gym, Sat., Jan. 12, at 2 p.m.
