GM says pickup trucks to lift 2019 earnings, shares jump 8 percent

(Reuters) - General Motors Co said on Friday its revamped pickup truck lineup will boost its 2019 earnings and Cadillac will become its lead electric vehicle brand, sending the No. 1 U.S. automaker's shares up more than 8 percent.
