Tsipras congratulates FYROM counterpart on parliament vote

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has congratulated his counterpart Zoran Zaev of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia on the outcome of a parliament vote on constitutional changes related to the name agreement with Greece.
