US Air Force awards Northrop Grumman Litening pod contract

The US Air Force (USAF) recently awarded Northrop Grumman a contract for Litening advanced targeting pod sustainment, production, software, and upgrades.

The award is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract potentially worth USD1.3 billion, according to a company statement.
