STINESVILLE, Ind. — A tiny southern Indiana town that purchased a former elementary school for $1 plans to turn the building into a hub for the rural community. The Stinesville Town Council voted Tuesday night to purchase the former Stinesville Elementary School in the town about 15 miles northwest of Bloomington. The (Bloomington) Herald-Times reports
