22.2 mm quill diameter, 60 mm extension length, for 26.0 mm bars. Specialized text on right side only. No evidence of prior use. The top of the stem has 4 or 5 very tiny marks (pits??) that I can see, but do not show up in the pictures....'tried my best, but...
