Gozo Channel operating around Comino due to strong gale

Gozo Channel had to re-route its ferries around Comino on Monday due to the current weather conditions.

The company said that delays were expected. 

The Met Office is forecasting a west northwest wind becoming force 8 locally and force 9 - a strong gale - to south in the afternoon. It is expected to abate to a northwest force 6 overnight.
