Can Luka Doncic change Mavericks' fortunes in free agency?

Mavs rookie Luka Doncic has exceeded all expectations through the first half of the 2018-19 season. More significant, though, could be what the addition of Doncic means for the future of the franchise as the front office tries to build a roster around him.
