Lawyer questions previous release of man now accused of attacking Mounties

The lawyer for the family of 2001 homicide victim says he's not surprised the man who pulled the trigger, Grigorios Laberakis, is now accused of fighting with four Nova Scotia police officers, sending two of them to hospital.
