The Week of Jan. 7 - 13 in Review

The top two teams entering last week's California Pacific Conference schedule, No. 10 Antelope Valley and No. 22 UC Merced were gathering momentum for a great showdown in the Jan. 19 matchup in Lancaster, Calif.  But the both hit a bump in the road last week after they suffered losses.  The two teams that provided those bumps, Embry-Riddle and Simpson joined the Pioneers and the Bobcats in a four-way tie at the top of the conference standings.
