On January 8th, a man driving a car knocked down two pedestrians in the market and then drove away. The police arrested the man at a garage. After the trial, the vehicle was borrowed by the man. Because the operation was unfamiliar with the wrong file, the brake was used as the throttle, causing the vehicle to operate out of control. Currently, the man has been detained.
