Botched Carjacking

Fresno, CA - Police say the suspect captured in this surveillance footage jumped onto an rode on the side of a semi truck on Jensen in order to get away from a good Samaritan who was trying to detain him.

Police said, there was an attempted carjacking at the 76 gas station at 2585 S East ave in southwest Fresno. Police say the victim was pumping gas when the suspect was able to steal the victims keys, which were on a lanyard in the victim's pocket.
