Former Minister and Nepal Communist Party (NCP) central member Mahesh Basnet on Tuesday urged Dr Govind KC, who has been staging a fast-unto-death for the sixteenth time in Ilam, not to disseminate rumour against the NCP and to stop weakening his body by staging hunger strike.
