ALNOWAIS Investments Company ‘interested in cooperation with Armenia'

As part of his official visit to the United Arab Emirates, President Armen Sarkissian met with the ALNOWAIS Investments Company’s chairman and founding member, Hussain Al Nowais, to discuss cooperation plans in the energy sector.

The company, based in Abi Dhabi, specializes in hotel, real estate, infrastructure and energy management. It is also highly experienced in the implementation of renewable energy projects, a sector which the Arab businessman said is "of a particular interest" for them in the future joint partnership with Armenia.  

According to an official press release presidential office, the sides agreed to arrange a visit to Armenia in the near future “to get more closely familiarized with the opportunities and to elaborate specific projects”.

The president left for the United Arab Emirates on Monday to take part in Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
