Dealing a major blow to Congress ahead of Rahul Gandhi’s pre-election tour to Odisha on January 25, the party’s state working president and Jharsuguda MLA Naba Kishore Das resigned on Wednesday. Das resigned from the party's primary membership and the post of working president.
