David De Gea has hailed retiring Arsenal goalie Petr Cech as one of the greatest goalkeepers ever to ply his trade in the Premier League.
According to The Mirror report, the former shot-stopper has been receiving countless messages since news went viral on Tuesday, January 15.

However, the-36-year-old Cech will no doubt, fancy the well crafted tribute from De Gea.
Coming after 48 hours, the Spaniard, who uploaded a special image and message as tribute to Cech.
De Gea wrote: "I keep with great affection Petr Cech's shirt.x

"Without a doubt one of the best keepers in the history of the Premier League. We'll miss you!!"
Interestingly, ex-United boss Mourinho had earlier paid tribute to a shot-stopper he managed to three Premier League titles at Chelsea.
"I am honoured to have been the manager that, at such an early age, gave Petr a top Premier League number one shirt," Mourinho told Sky Sports News.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Chelsea legend Petr Cech is set to retire at the end of this season after 20 years in the round leather game.
The present Arsenal captain announced his retirement plan after spending almost four years at the Emirates and 11 seasons at Stamford Bridge.
"Having played 15 years in the Premier League and won every single trophy possible, I feel like I have achieved everything I set out to achieve," said the ex-Czech Republic international.
