Toddler dies of 'crush asphyxia' after his mom's boyfriend pushed back car's front passenger seat

Prosecutors say 3-year-old Alfie Lamb was crushed to death when his mom's boyfriend, Stephen Waterson, pushed his seat back twice in anger at the “noise and fuss.”
