An avalanche blast can be so beautiful (Switzerland)

Extreme precipitation and wind conditions currently lead to a considerable avalanche danger. This video shows a blast between Martina and Samnaun in Switzerland, recorded 15.01.2019.

The avalanche quickly moves forward, expands, claims the whole forest for itself, until it slowly comes to a stop, only a light snow fog remains. The departure of the controlled avalanche between Martina and Samnaun GR is recorded on video. You can hear how impressed the eyewitnesses are.
