OKLAHOMA CITY – The off-ramps on a busy highway will be closed and narrowed in northwest Oklahoma City. On Wednesday, the southbound SH-74 (Lake Hefner Parkway) off-ramp to SH-3/NW Expressway will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The northbound SH-74 off-ramp to SH-3/ NW Expressway will be narrowed to one lane from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The closure and narrowing of the off-ramps is for surface repairs.
