Toronto Public Health warns of concerning symptoms caused by drugs sold as fentanyl or heroin

Public health officials warn illicit drugs sold as fentanyl or heroin are causing severe anxiety, hallucinations, memory lapses, erratic behaviour, rapid heart rate and shortness of breath, quickly after use.
