Ex-LVCVA board chair agrees to pay fines for state ethics violations

Lawrence Weekly, former chairman of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority board, has agreed to pay nearly $2,400 in fines for violating state ethics laws in using airline gift cards bought by the agency on a personal trip with his daughter.
