Monaco confirm Chelsea demand permanent deal for Batshuayi

Monaco have confirmed Chelsea are delaying the transfer of Michy Batshuayi because they want to make the deal permanent.

The Ligue 1 club were looking to sign the Belgian striker on loan until the end of the season.
