Ex-LVCVA board chair agrees to pay fines for state ethics violation

Lawrence Weekly, the former board chairman of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, has agreed to pay nearly $2,400 in fines for violating the state ethics law for using airline gift cards bought by the agency on a personal trip with his daughter.
