The Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) received over 4,500 complaints against telecommunications operators in 2018, UKE representatives told the Polish Press Agency (PAP). 3,208 applicants asked for UKE intervention, and the remaining 1,389 complaints were related to the consumer disputes.
